Architectural strategies incorporate passive design principles through optimal orientation, natural ventilation, shading systems, and high-performance materials to reduce energy demand.Walkable pathways, cycling routes, renewable energy integration, and thoughtfully distributed community spaces further support a low-impact, wellness-oriented lifestyle.
